COTTON
Cotton is a soft and comfortable natural material. It insulates and ventilates. One of cotton’s advantages is that it does not melt when exposed to flames and sparks and that it is difficult to set fire to. Our heavy-duty cotton twill is extra sturdy and durable. This is possible because we ourselves are involved in and direct development from fibre to final production. POLYESTER/COTTON
The combination of cotton and polyester have proven perfect for making long-lasting garments. The breathability of cotton combined with the durability and colourfastness of polyester make garments in polyester/cotton keep their shape and colour longer. Clothes in polyester/cotton are therefore an excellent choice for hard work that places great demands on both the wearer and the garments. 
Cordura® is DuPont’s brand of extremely durable polyamide material. It is three times as strong as standard polyamide, up to seven times as strong as cotton and yet is fine and supple. We use it primarily as reinforcement in places that are exposed to hard wear.

ProDry™ are the materials you wear closest to your skin. They transport moisture and allow it to pass to the outer layer. With ProDry™ there you don’t have to have damp and cold garments next to your body.
Pro Thermal™ are the materials that afford effective insulation against both heat and cold. The materials detect and dispose of surplus heat at the same time that they keep out unneeded cold. Pro Thermal™ keeps body temperature at an even and pleasant level all day.
Pro Vent™ are the materials with high breathability. They let out moisture and superfluous heat. They withstand rain, snow and wind. Pro Vent™ are resilient, protective materials worn on the very outside.
Pro Tec™ are the materials that afford effective protection against exterior effects. They are very resistant to wear and to tearing. Pro Tec™ is suited to extremely strenuous work in rough environments.
VENT AIR® is wind and waterproof with breathability. VENT AIR® keeps the body dry and cool while protecting against the forces of weather. The material consists of three-component high-tech weave, a functional material with a coating on the inside and a water-repellent treatment on the outside.
Thinsulate insulation works by trapping air molecules between you and the outside. The more air a material traps in a given space, the greater its insulating value. Because the micro fibers in Thinsulate insulation are far finer than other fibers, they trap more air in less space, which naturally makes it a better insulator. So we haven’t repealed the laws of nature with our thin insulation; we’ve simply obeyed them better – to your advantage.

NANO-TEX™ is a fabric that simultaniously works to reject and remove stains. HOW DOES IT WORK?
One nanometer is one billionth of a meter. This is approximately the equivalent of the size of three to five atoms. By changing the molecular structure in the fibers we have created a fabric that result in fantastic features and outstanding comfort. Carbonized bamboo nano particles applied as a coating on Polyester. Usually used on the backside of a double knit or two layer woven fabric. Characterized as naturally moisture wicking, anti-microbial, accelerated dying, UV protection and an environmentally responsible fabric.
Yarn made from plastic post-consumer based products. Environmentally friendly by reducing fossil fuel consumption and green house gases when compared to its equivalent virgin Polyester.

WX TECH™ is SUNICE's exclusive water repellent finish, applied to all outwear shells to add an extra layer of defense against water and stains. The unique formula allows air to flow freely through the fibres maintaining maximum breathability of the garment and the ability to repel water. WX TECH™ reduces the effects of wet out, causing water to bead off the surface of the fabric, thereby enhancing the performance of the garment.
  The textile fibers that these shirts are constructed with act as a powerful capillary to quickly absorb and channel moisture away from the body, towards the surface of the garment, for quick evaporation and maximum breathability. The high twist construction makes the fabric silkier and smoother to the touch compared to ordinary polyester, or other high twist yarns. The launch of our latest WEBTech 300 Series is a result of technological advancements being incorporated into our latest designs. The new performance fibers are constructed with channels that wick moisture away from your skin for a dry and cool experience, similar to our 700 Series but at a fraction of the price. The 300 Series fabrics are knit with a smooth surface on the inside, which provide a lightweight, silky feeling against your skin. The 300 Series is completely wash and wear and has the same attributes as our EZ-Care collections. The finishing is stain resistant, and the vibrant colour palette is colour fast and will not fade. This exciting new collection is a balance of engineered performance and elegant designs which offer classic polo styles that are perfect for the golf course all summer long, or for a dress-casual corporate event. 
The WEBTech 500 Series is the logical extension of our new 300 Series Collection. The 500 series is a perfect fit for the discerning customer looking for something a little more special. In this series we have taken specialized weaves, finishes and trims normally reserved for our 700 series shirts and combined them with our 300 series yarn, giving you the look of our top of the line shirts, but at a lower price point. Our introduction of the 500 series begins with the addition of spandex to a woven fabric, providing an ultra light, silky soft shirt that is cool to the touch and uncompromising in quality and comfort. The woven-spandex fabrics are new extensions and separate themselves from the typical knit construction. The woven texture is smooth and lightweight and with the additional spandex it provides a slight give for a luxurious fit. These new fabric features, along with our vibrant story and moisture management technology are exciting new additions to the WebTech family and will separate you from the crowd. 
Moisture management is achieved starting with the FIBER, where engineered “X” or “Y” shaped filaments have 3-4 water-directing channels to quickly wick away sweat. Wicking features are further enhanced with the use of hollow fibres providing the very best in moisture management. The “X” or “Y” shaped cross-sectional structure also reduces the fibre contact with the skin, making the fabric feel drier to the touch. Additional moisture control, stain resistance and antibacterial properties are then introduced via HiIQ Technology. WEBTech 700 Series products combine these features for peak performance: Anti-bacterial properties help keep you feeling fresh.Premium Quality Knits and trims such as silky fine intricate jacquards and highly textured fabrications. H2X® coating prevents even the smallest of raindrops from penetrating fabrics – yet at the same time, H2X® allows perspiration vapour to escape.
The inside of each H2X® garment is applied with a permanent microporous coating to ensure waterproof protection ranging from 1,000-5,000 mm. That means that if all of the rain drops hitting your jacket could stack on top of each other – they would have to stack up to 1-5 meters before the water could exert enough pressure to soak through and get you wet!
H2X® Technology also ensures fabric breathability of 1,000-5,000g/m2/24hr. This factor ensures that the garment allows perspiration vapour to readily escape, and provide maximum comfort and dryness for the wearer.
